Details:
SPECIFIC SKILLS:
- Prepare and cook full course meals, plan menus, ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions.
- Work with minimal supervision.
- Weekly grocery ordering, estimate food requirements and costs.
- Order supplies, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies & equipment.
- Maintains & cleans kitchens and food service areas, wash dishes.
- Preparation, cooking and handling of food.
- Work with household style cooking equipment in remote location.
* Kitchen helper provided during meal service/clean up time.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Looking for an experienced camp cook with LEVEL 3 First Aid Attendant
- Must have experience in cooking & baking; essentially all meal preparation.
- Cook, serve and set up buffet style breakfasts & dinners for approximately 20-25 people.
- Food safe required.
