Qualifications & Experience:
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Articulate, professional and pleasant demeanor
Fluent English skills, verbal and written
Basic computer skills and minimum 35wpm typing speed
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Previous research experience an asset
Conduct short face-to-face customer satisfaction interviews with clients. Maintains confidentiality of data gathered. Provides daily report via telephone or online reporting system.
Duties:
Intercept clients to conduct a short customer satisfaction survey
Read scripted interview questions and record answers verbatim as the respondent provides them
Meet expectations for flow rate (completes per hour) and quality, incorporating any coaching suggestions from supervisors
Send daily report of completed surveys via telephone or online reporting system
Maintain confidentiality of data gathered
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
