Details:
This is a temporary vacancy that will continue until the return of the incumbent. This vacancy is covering a medical leave that may extend up to 18 months. The Housing Community Support Worker assists clients to secure and maintain housing to live independently with their physical, economic, vocational, recreational, social, emotional, and daily life skills development. The worker also assists clients to achieve the greatest degree of independence and quality of life possible.
