Flexible work times and days of work are available for 16 - 40 hours/week. Comprehensive manuals and work flow plans are available as reference resources for the successful applicant.
$16.00 -$20.00/hr starting wage will be re-evaluated in 90 days. Customer satisfaction and efficiency equating to "Billable Hours", will reflect the wages.
Long term employees will gain skills upgrading as well as bonus structure for those that excel. Medical benefits are included after 3 months of employment.

Qualifications & Experience:
Duties include weeding sign vinyl & assembly, short run print production, short run paper cutting, & wide format printing. Again, these skills can be taught in-house.
Able to drive to customer locations for installation of small signs & decals with a company vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
Experience in graphic design with a firm understanding of "vector" is an asset, but training can be provided on-site. Adobe illustrator & Photoshop experience is an asset, but not required. Experience with a networked computer directory structure is also an asset, but can be taught in-house.
Previous experience in sign, silk screening, sewing, embroidery or print shops are an asset.
