Details:
Seeking skilled laborer to who wants to grow with our rapidly expanding company. We offer a flexible schedule and employee recognition through the potential of full time employment, salary adjustments and other perks that may be available in the future to the right individual based on factors including individual performance and skills, responsibilities, length of employment and company performance. Position will be physically demanding and requires diverse skillset to complete all manner of tasks related to landscaping such as lawn care, trimming, pressure washing, garden/flower bed cultivation and the ability to operate related landscaping equipment. Especially interested in candidates with sufficient experience and knowledge in hedging, pruning, and weed whacking.
Qualifications & Experience:
This position is based in Campbell River, but there will be some days spent in Courtenay. As such the right candidate must have their class 5 Driver's licence.
Must have familiarity with plants and the ability to accurately determine garden plants and shrubs from weeds.
Comfortable and experienced with machine operation and functioning.
Someone with experience hedging, pruning and weed whacking will be given preference.
