An experienced team of two consultants: Kathleen Furmaniak, CFP and Sonia Edwards, MBA, RRC with the IG Wealth Management (formerly Investors Group) Campbell River office is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team as a full-time Administrative Assistant.

Career description:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with the consultant team to provide flow and structure in the administrative aspect of the business.
You will be the first point of contact for clients, in addition to taking care of the majority of administrative tasks to ensure proper completion of clients’ requests.
Compensation:
Hourly wage based on experience, in addition to a bonus structure.
Qualifications & Experience:
The successful candidate will have:
• Experience working directly with clients to provide a quality experience
• Strong administrative and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Great organizational and computer skills
• The ability to work well in a team environment and coordinate multiple schedules
• Be efficient and able to multi-task
• Be able to manage a high volume of requests, sometimes under the pressure of a deadline
• Experience in the financial services industry an asset, but not required
