- Answer multiple line switchboard.
- Data entry.
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks from filing to booking travel.
Skills:
- High working knowledge of MS Office Suite inclusive of complex excel formulae's and pivot tables.
- Effective time management.
- Very organized.
- Ability to multitask.
- Fast and accurate data entry 50 – 60 WPM.
- Good problem identification, analysis and solving skills.
- Team oriented outlook with the ability to work with little direction on occasion.
- Overachiever with a great work ethic.
There is potential for this position to become full time.
Qualifications & Experience:
1 - 3 years administrative duties.
