Our hotel requires the talents and skills of an experienced Front Desk Agent.
The successful candidate should be outgoing and friendly with a gregarious personality and a natural talent for customer service.
We want our guests to feel as though they can get anything they might want or need at the drop of the hat, so as the Front Desk Agent, it would be your job to provide that.
Qualifications & Experience:
Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role.
Experience with hotel reservations software, like Cloudbeds and RoomKeyPMS.
Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisor.
Customer service attitude.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
