Under new management, The Ramada Hotel is looking for a front desk agent for part time and holiday relief. Duties will include, but not limited to, greeting guests, checking guests into and out of the hotel. Providing friendly and welcoming service, while adhering to company policies. Ensuring accurate registration information is obtained and entered into the system for all guests arriving at the hotel. Ensure accurate and valid payments are received. Keep office areas clean and well organized. Make guest reservations, and provide information about the hotel and Campbell River area. Answer emails.
Communicate effectively with guests and other staff.
Qualifications & Experience:
Previous front desk or reception experience an asset. Dedication, reliability, and positive attitude essential. Requires ability to use all office equipment, computers, fax, telephone switchboard. Should be familiar with computer reservation systems, microsoft word and excel, and email. May include shiftwork
