Details:
Manage the day to day activities of a fast pace food production line, ordering and strategizing production demands to meet customer schedules, develop a strong relationship with all support staff, maintain a safe work environment, participate in training programs, coach and mentor co-workers to realize their potential, preparing to learn multiple production lines, quality assurance.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience with managing food process lines & equipment-or equivalent experience with large production and supervision of large process teams, Mechanical experience with process equipment, Computer experience with emails, work & excel, Knowledge of the English language spoken & written is mandatory, Food Safe Training, experience managing food production to CFIA standards, remuneration commensurate with experience.
