Details:
Supervising the day to day activities of an offloading facility, keep docks and equipment in good repair and ready for offloads, training graders and tally personnel, optimizing each offload process to maximum efficiency, communicating professionally with boat captain and companies to schedule their offloads, maintain a safe work environment, coach and mentor co-workers to realize their potential, participate in training and education programs, and quality assurance.
Qualifications & Experience:
Dock supervision experience, strong knowledge of fish species is mandatory, mechanical experience with process equipment, computer experience with emails, word, and excel is an asset, knowledge of the English language spoken and written is mandatory, remuneration commensurate with experience, experience managing food production to CFIA standards.
