This is a full-time 13-week program, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-3:30pm (4:30 for Work Experience portion). There will be two weeks off for Dec holidays.
This project is funded by the Government of Canada.
Community Partners: Wachiay Friendship Centre, Creative Employment Access Society, Imagine Comox Valley.

Youth Media Project is a program for community action through media involving 9 participants between the ages of 16 – 30. In this 13-week program, youth receive training in video production, gain employability skills, and work with a network of community partners to create videos through work placements - highlighting community resources, and presenting ideas for community change.
TO APPLY YOU MUST BE:
-Interested in art & video
-Between the ages of 16 and 30
-Not attending school full-time
-Legally entitled to work in Canada
-Not on EI
-Experiencing frustration finding employment
