Details:
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:
Required for full-time,
Maternity leave coverage position.
35-45 hours per week, Mon-Fri. Duties will include:
- Daily opening of office
- Assist in the administration of trucking and aggregate sales
- Process employee and subcontractor time slips
- Reception and general office duties
- Assist with accounting systems
- Filing and administrative support

Qualifications & Experience:
Knowledge of construction industry, accounting and office experience would be considered assets but not required.
