Details:
Answer incoming customer calls/emails and provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
Schedule, prepare, and empty trailers to ensure adequate lubricants product is always available in staging/storage locations
Manage, document, and update all inventory items including but not limited to cylinders, cages, signs, posts, and Driver clothing
Complete daily inventory reconciliations to ensure site is always aware of cylinder volume
Load and unload all delivery units prior to Delivery Driver’s start of day, and complete all inventory tracking documentation associated with each
Receive and put away lubricant and other shipping items received
Assisting with weekly and monthly cycle count processing
Clean and organize the warehouse, cardlocks and outbuildings
Cut grass/shovel snow
Maintain the cleanliness of the cardlocks
Closing of facility and yard
Attend monthly staff meetings and all safety meetings
Minor repairs to cardlock equipment
Driver relief for emergency or last-minute lubricants deliveries
Other job-related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
Qualifications & Experience:
Strong verbal communication skills with a passion for customer service
Experience with running computer programs such as Excel and Word
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
A team player possessing good communication and organizational skills
Strong time management skills and the ability to work with others as well as unsupervised
Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
The ability to apply good common sense and safety skills to any situation
Propane product knowledge
PTI 100-1 Propane Pump Attendant Certification, and other PTI certifications an asset
First Aid Training – would be an asset but not required
Forklift Training – will be trained if not currently certified
Previous WHMIS, Dangerous Goods and Spill Response training an asset
Experience with internal billing system applications is considered an asset
Valid Driver’s license – Class 3 with air endorsement would be considered an asset
