- The Sales Lot Team Leader is responsible for organizing vehicles on the lot daily.
- The Sales Lot Team Leader ensures each vehicle is clean and vehicles are fueled for customer delivery. They ensure each vehicle is lot ready and unlocked and locked each day before.
- The Sales Lot Team Leader upholds the dealerships’ standards and values so that the customer is fully satisfied with the delivery of their vehicle. As a team player, Sales Lot Team Leaders foster excellent relationships with personnel in all areas of the dealership.
The Details:
- organize lot daily
- check lot vehicles for cleanliness and fuel daily
- perform quick cleans on incoming trades and deliver vehicle to Customer Care Manager for pictures when completed
- keep new inventory separate from used inventory
- update vehicle pricing upon management request
- unlock lot vehicles for customer access every morning
- lock lot vehicles nightly
- perform delivery cleans upon request of management
- salt outside area of dealership during cold/icy conditions
- keep front entrance ways to dealership clean
- report any problems with lot vehicles to Sales Manager
- Detail/shuttle coverage when needed
- weekly clean of showroom vehicles
- wash lot vehicles weekly
- empty garbage/recycling daily
