Details:
Reporting to the General Manager, this role is responsible for the overall operations of the entire store, while providing leadership to our team. In this role, you will:
- Provide leadership and direction in the development and achievement of operational and financial results
- Ensure standards for the marketing, merchandising, human resources, health and safety, and asset protection within the department are met
- Maintain inventory controls, image and fixed assets, and perform administrative duties
- Be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and training and development of direct reports
- Foster a positive work environment that enables the engagement of team members in the pursuit of desired results
- Contribute to the Co-op, in living the corporate values of Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, and Responsibility

Qualifications & Experience:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- 5-10 years’ experience in a retail environment with some supervisory or lead experience
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
